Our website, and YouTube channel, “Office Shintani Japan | KJ” accept PR review requests for products from manufacturers.
If you are a manufacturer interested in a product review, please take a moment to read the information below before contacting us through the inquiry form.
About the Review Policy
Based on our corporate ethics and the regulations on stealth marketing under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations,
we have established a review policy.
Please review the following guidelines before reaching out to us.
Review Policy
- We strive to reflect our honest opinions in our content, whether positive or negative.
- All provided products and PR content will be clearly disclosed and explicitly stated.
- We do not accept requests for intentionally exaggerated praise or unjustified criticism.
We believe that reviews are a process of properly evaluating good products and increasing their awareness.
Since compensation is involved, we make every effort to provide value that aligns with it. However, if we determine that we cannot deliver meaningful value, we may decline the request.
Ultimately, if the content does not provide value not only for both parties involved but also for our audience (readers/viewers), we believe it serves no purpose. We appreciate your understanding.
About Video Production Requests
Video production is significantly more costly compared to article creation, so we would appreciate it if requests are made with a fair understanding of the market rate.
Currently, it is difficult for us to accept requests for single-product review videos that focus on just one item per video. However, if it’s a product I genuinely find valuable, I am willing to make exceptions.
As an individual, I am always happy to review products from brands I personally use and trust. If you are a manufacturer confident in your product, I would be honored to collaborate and support your efforts.
Examples of Reviews
I have also worked with domestic ASPs and agencies for a long time,
so I am open to accepting requests in a performance-based compensation model.
I understand that many advertisers already use ASPs,
and performance-based affiliate marketing can be a low-risk option for both parties.
In any case, if you’ve read this far, there may be something I can assist you with.
Feel free to reach out via the inquiry form or send me a DM on X (Twitter). I’d be happy to discuss further!
I review all inquiries regarding review requests, but I may not be able to respond depending on the content. Thank you for your understanding.
